These Terms of Use govern your access to parcerohomes.com, operated by Parcero LLC, doing business as Parcero Home Services ("Parcero," "we," "us," or "our"). By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Photos and project descriptions are examples; every property, scope, material, schedule, and result can differ.

Project requests and estimates

Submitting a form, calling, texting, or emailing does not create a contractor-client relationship, reserve a date, guarantee availability, or obligate either party to proceed. Project scope, pricing, payment terms, schedule, warranties, and other service terms will be established separately in an estimate, proposal, work order, or contract accepted by the parties. If a signed service agreement conflicts with these website terms, the signed service agreement controls for that project.

Your submissions

You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of information and photos you submit. You confirm that you have the right to provide them. You give us permission to use your submission as reasonably necessary to review your request, communicate with you, prepare an estimate, provide requested services, maintain business records, and protect against misuse. Do not submit confidential material unrelated to your project.

• Break the law, infringe another person's rights, or submit false or misleading information.
• Upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt, probe, bypass, or gain unauthorized access to the site.

Our content

The site's text, branding, design, graphics, photographs, and other original content are owned by Parcero or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view the site for personal, noncommercial purposes. No other license is granted.
